It was fortuitous that an annual work conference was destined for Shanghai this year, as I’ve been itching to explore the oyster scene in China. After connecting with the Oysterlicious Restaurant Group, I was so excited to visit them and uncover the incredible work they have been accomplishing in revolutionizing the half shell concept in China. We were so grateful of their warm hospitality and treating us like family as soon as we entered.
