What We do Here
We're Maine's first oyster "tasting room," just like you might find in the downtown square of a famous wine region.
We're certified oyster sommeliers, and welcome drop-ins to the parlor for a glass of wine and a flight of local oysters! Take home oysters, perfectly paired wines, mignonettes, and wares.
