Meet Gardner Douglas, the 6th Greatest Shucker in the USA
I am honored to share the story of Gardner Douglas, a US Vet and the 6th greatest shucker in the nation. Every journey sharing these stories is a personal one for me - Gardner is from the Chincoteague area in Virginia, which is one of my favorite places to visit on earth, and close to my roots. When we connected, I mentioned that this blog is my "side hustle" and he said, "haha that's the shore in you." Yeah, I can be proud of that. :)
