Perfect for seafood bites and other appetizers! These scallop shells are designed and handmade in the Netherlands by artists, Alex and Susanne den Hoed.
The shells made of 100% tin, are derived from the 'Pétoncles Noirs'. The Pétoncle is a small version of the Saint-Jacques scallop. It lives mainly in France on the coast of Charente - Maritime and Brittany. The Pétoncle Noir has a black, burgundy color, and two curved flaps and a cut-off earpiece at the hinge.
The Amuse Scallop shells are packaged in packs of four in a luxurious black box with a certificate of authenticity.
